New Website and Blog

Our new Website ( same domain name) and Blog is up! So we won't be updating to this blog anymore :( However, we are super excited about the new Website and Blog. Hope to see you there!!!

GRAND OPENING/ Heart Health Awareness

"It is from the deepest part of our hearts that we are capable of reaching out and touching another human being. It is, after all, one heart touching another heart."



Because a woman's heart is so important, we are donating a portion of our proceeds this month to the American Heart Assocation. Also during our Grand Re-Opening enter to win a Red Engagement party Dress in honor of Healthy Hearts :)

Our Grand Re-Opening is this weekend so get ready for some champagne and chocolate, bring your girlfriends and have a little bridesmaid party! It will be Friday and Saturday from 10am-6pm. See you there!

Movin on Up

So it has been one crazy week here at Melange. We are finally moved in to our new place, but a lot of things still need to be done, so I ask for your patience while we are making the changes necessary to make this place part of a memorable and enjoyable experience. Please call us if you have trouble getting here because it seems to be rather difficult and we don't have our signs up yet.

The easiest way is if you take Anderson Lane to Northcross ( it's the cross street) We share a parking lot with Alamo Draft House so as soon as you spot Alamo you know you're in the right place. We are litterally right behind Cover 3 ( seriously we share a wall) so if you are parking in the Village Center Parking Lot you will see a comic book store and a place for lease, right in between those two buildings there is a walkway, go down the walkway and we will be on your right hand side right by the gardens. We are trying to get a temporary sign up until ours is ready.

Our website is also undergoing a makeover so I apologize if it's not being updated as much as it should.

We will post pictures of the new place soon!

Melange Bridal Photo Shoot

So as we were getting ready for the new year and the new store, ( which by the way is open, but still a work in progress) we decided to get some new Advertisment shots. We enlisted a number of Talented photographers for the task and Jessica Monnich had volunteered to shoot bridesmaids for us. We had orginally wanted to shoot it at a different location but she came to us with an idea to shoot at High Ball ( great location by the way) she also wanted to set up a mock wedding. So here were the results. We had such a great time on this shoot and i will be posting outtakes soon. Get Ready 2010 Here We Come!!

Hello Blogger World!

Melange Bridal is undergoing a new website and blog but until then, we thought we would set one up temporarily to keep you updated on what's going on here at the store.



For starters, Melange Bridal is having a trunk show this weekend Jan. 29th and 30th featuring dresses from our HOT new designer, Matthew Christopher! He puts a new twist on wedding attire! We met him this year at New York Bridal Market and instantly fell for his amazing attention to detail and his use of incredible fabrics. Are we in love? Maybe just a bit! Introducing Mr. Matthew:





















And incase you were wondering, yes that is Mr. Christopher himself in the picture.


Melange Bridal will also be getting dresses from our new designers Jane Wang, and Eugenia Couture. Keep your eye out for these dresses coming soon.

And lastly, we are moving to our new location this weekend. YAY! We are so excited, we will be moving to Anderson Lane in the Village Shopping Center next to Alamo Draft House and behind Cover 3.
We will be having our Grand Re Opening the weekend of Feb 19th and 20th. So come check it out, have some drinks, and try on dresses :)



We are starting the New Year off right with these new and exciting changes. So check back with us regularly to keep posted on the changes and upcoming events.
